There are 8 steps to make a rubber bracelet.
1st Design the artwork.
An artwork includes the information of order number, size, logo style, order quantity and other options like glowing and individual pack. 2nd Make the mould or film.
A mould is needed for debossed, embossed, colorfilled styles. We make a mould and set it in the machine, the high temperature of about 200℃ will solidify rubber into the sharp of bracelet. A mould is made from copper.
A film is functioned like a mould but it is for printed wristband only. It transfer the ink to the surface of bracelet as logo and wording.
3rd Prepare the rubber material.

5th Edge cutting.
A semi-product of rubber bracelet has rough edges, we have to cut it off. The rough edge is cut by machine. It will be good.
6th Color the logo and wording

7th Clean the product

8th Packing and delivery

Fourth: Approval materials

Fifth: Upper Mould Production
When the mould is ready, it will be manufactured on the machine. After installing the mould, the machine needs to be heated up. A machine with nine moulds can produce about 15,000 pieces per day.
Sixth: Quality Inspection
After the bracelet is manufactured, it is necessary to check the quality of the bracelet, which mainly depends on whether the bracelet conforms to the specifications. If it does not conform to the specifications, all the bracelets will be discarded.
Every bracelet will leave a residual edge when it is manufactured. After the quality inspection department has passed the inspection, the product will be sent to the later process department for trimming. (The average number of trims per person per day is about 3,000).
Eighth: Inspection of finished products
After trimming the edges, they are finished products. It is also necessary to send the finished product back to the product inspection department to check the trimming quality, whether there are substandard products, if any, it will be scrapped.
Ninth: Packaging Department
After the edge-repaired products have passed the inspection, they are packed according to the customer"s requirements. Tenth: Inspection before sealing
After the packing is finished, the QC department will check the quantity. If there is no problem, it will seal the box and send it to the warehouse for delivery.
